PNSS selection note: PNSS will coordinate LED resolution, cabinet count, structural engineering, wind loading, electrical circuits, grounding, surge/lightning protection, controller architecture, access and weatherproofing requirements. Samsung Malaysia currently renders the P16 refresh-rate field with an ambiguous symbol, so PNSS will reconfirm that value before final tender submission.
