Identify the installed equipment

These names are retained to help existing users recognise installed equipment and reach the correct support path. They are not presented as current new-product offers.
Detection and security gates
Common legacy references: 3M EM 3500/3501/3502, EM 3900/3901/3902, RFID 9100/9101/9102 and older Bibliotheca detection gates. PNSS can assess power, cabling, alarms, aisle conditions, tagging workflow and practical repair or replacement options.
Bookcheck and sensitising equipment
Common legacy references: Bookcheck 942/943, 3M Desensitizer 930C, Resensitizer 764 and related circulation accessories. These products supported checkout processing and EM-strip sensitising or desensitising workflows.
Staff workstations
Common legacy references: Model 946, EM staff workstations and RFID staff workstations. Assessment starts with the exact model, host connection, circulation software and tagging technology because accessories are not automatically interchangeable.
Digital Library Assistant inventory tools
Common legacy reference: 3M Digital Library Assistant (DLA), including Model 804-related material. The DLA supported shelf inventory and item-finding workflows. PNSS can review the installed system and suitable migration choices.
SelfCheck systems
Common legacy references: R-Series desktop/tabletop and V-Series tabletop SelfCheck equipment. Supportability depends on the terminal, reader, receipt printer, operating software and LMS/ILS connection as a complete workflow.
Return and sorting systems
Common legacy references: Intelligent Return System (IRS), IRS sorter and Return C-Series. Assessment covers check-in, item identification, sort routing, bins, control equipment and the library-management-system interface.
Tattle-Tape, RFID tags and supplies
Common legacy references: Tattle-Tape security strips, B1 strips, DCD-2, applicators and ISO RFID tags. The installed detection and circulation technology must be confirmed before ordering substitutes or remaining compatible stock.
